The Team
Camille
Founder & CPA
Camille is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years in the industry, having worked in both commercial enterprises and in public practice.
Her roles have included internal auditor, finance manager, and senior accountant with experience across a broad range of industries including telecommunications, consulting, engineering, property development, building, insurance broking, hospitality, not-for-profit, retail and real estate.
Whilst at her last accounting firm, it became obvious that some of the clients’ books were full of costly errors – costly in time and dollars for both the client and the accountant. Her directors approached her to start her own bookkeeping business servicing their clients and Quintessential Administration Support was born.
Jancine
Bookkeeper
With over 30 years experience in bookkeeping and small business, Jancine is highly accomplished to say the least. She has worked across an impressive range of industries, such as Architecture, Building & Construction, Retail, Hospitality, Printing, Web IT, Online Retail/Wholesale and Mechanical.
One of her biggest accomplishments was successfully obtaining a new liquor license and operating all aspects of her own hospitality business. In another role, she designed and created draft drawings for council submission, working with builders to achieve the desired outcomes.
In her current role, Jancine sets up and maintains accounting programs such as MYOB, Xero and Reckon for new and existing clients, specifically tailoring them to the needs and requirements of the businesses. She always goes above and beyond by teaching those clients how to maintain their books effectively.
Katie
Bookkeeper
Katie has over 30 years of experience in administration and bookkeeping across various industries, including Accounting, Building & Construction, Property Management, Engineering and Not for Profits.
She balances an incredible eye for detail with speed. The result is an ability to not only meet timelines, but beat them, all the while making sure statutory and client requirements are always met.
Katie is incredibly proficient in both MYOB and Xero and has achieved successful conversion of large client’s software, running the two systems in parallel for several months to ensure they are both accurate and synchronised.
Claudia
Bookkeeper
With over 25 years of accounting experience, Claudia has mainly worked in commercial roles, specialising in MYOB and SAP software. The industries that she has found herself in vary greatly; IT & Telecomms, Building & Construction, Property Developers, Oil & Gas, Not for Profits.
Whilst in these fields, Claudia has achieved a great amount— from managing an accounting software implementation for a large telecommunications group, including data migration & staff training, to assisting with the set-up of an independent finance department for a small-medium enterprise company following carve-out from multi-national group.
Angela
Bookkeeper
With 25 years of experience working as a Bookkeeper in the
private sector for small to medium businesses, Angela is exceptionally skilled in the big 3 of accounting; MYOB, Xero & QuickBooks. Her expertise has taken her to all sorts of industries such as Aviation, Freight, Franchise, Photography, Sales, Manufacturing & Medicine.
Her achievements include creating a system to better handle and keep track of franchisee payments and setting up processes for better daily cash flow tracking. She has also helped with reprogramming, changing errors in the various systems with regards to payments, credits and customer invoices.
Hazel
Bookkeeper
Hazel loves hard work and is committed to her job with over 10 years of experience and a Masters of Commerce (Financial Management & Accountancy). During this period, Hazel has worked with Accounting Firms, Real Estate Agencies and Consultants as well businesses in Services and Manufacturing Industries. Hazel is results-focused.
Chloe
Client Liaison Officer
Chloe has recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Human Resources at QUT. She is excited to join the workforce with previous experience working in an accounting environment at HMWGroup since high school. While at university, Chloe worked at QAS doing entry level bookkeeping for clients and focusing on QAS’s marketing strategies and process improvement. Chloe is looking forward to applying her recent studies in a real-world setting.
